About Lisa and Robyn

Grace Alice | Sex & Intimacy Specialist

My name is Grace Alice Ó Sé and I am a sex and intimacy specialist and author from Kerry, Ireland. I am deeply passionate about playing my part in making Ireland a more sex-positive, sex-literate nation – one where we can talk honestly and without shame about ALL aspects of sexuality. I have personally lived through a condition which hugely impacted my sexuality for years (vaginismus) as well as some abusive relationships. Because of my experiences, I felt called to this field of work. I wanted to spread factual information, support and compassion as widely as I could among people of all ages. My aim is to prevent people suffering in silence within unhealthy or unhappy situations relating to sex & intimacy, as I truly believe that everyone deserves a life filled with joy, pleasure and connection.

Their Vision

Lisa and Robyn’s work is about more than providing support—it’s about creating a movement. Through Éire Emerald Collective, they’re building a sisterhood where women feel valued, validated, and empowered to live boldly despite their challenges.

Join Their Journey

Whether it’s through an online post, a heartfelt chat, or a live event, Lisa and Robyn are here to remind women that they are not alone. Their work with Éire Emerald Collective is a testament to the strength of shared experiences and the power of community.

Together, they’re changing the conversation around chronic illness—one story, one voice, and one connection at a time.

My journey into sex & relationship coaching..

In 2020 – during Ireland’s first lockdown – I launched my own business under my fore and middle name; Grace Alice. I also completed an intensive sex & relationship coaching course with the Somatica Institute.

Today, as a sex and intimacy specialist, I combine the knowledge, experience, and skills I have acquired through my training as an occupational therapist, sex edcuator and intimacy coach. I offer 1-1 and couples coaching sessions, tailored workshops and my signature Better Sex For Women course to adults, as well as running RSE & Me, a landmark sex education programme for schools and Youthreaches in Ireland.

I have been kept busy delivering sex education through the media (The Irish Times, RTÉ, Her.ie and lots more), my Instagram page, newsletter and my podcast (The G Spot) and have worked with the likes of Durex and Playblue.

I have many more plans in place for Grace Alice. I hope you will stick around and see what is to come!
